Delivery

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with clear photos, video and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the production process.
