1. Where are Beau. Heartmade products made?

All of our products are carefully handcrafted with love in our studio in Thailand. Each piece is made with attention to detail, patience, and passion.


2. Will you be opening a physical store?

Yes! We are excited to announce that we will be opening a physical store in Bangkok soon. Stay tuned for updates on our Instagram and other channels!
In our store, customers will be able to select and purchase products, experience our scents, find the perfect gifts, create custom OEM orders, and even learn how to make candles professionally.


3. What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality, clean ingredients, including fragrance — with no paraffin added — to ensure safety, purity, and the best experience for your senses. Wherever possible, we source natural materials and sustainable resources.


4. Do you offer wholesale opportunities?

Yes, we do! However, wholesale opportunities are considered on a case-by-case basis and for selected products only.
If you're interested, please email us with the products you're interested in, the quantities needed, your required timeline, and your country. We'd love to hear from you and see how we can work together!


5. Where do you buy your molds? Do you sell them?

We source our molds from a variety of places, both within Thailand and internationally — primarily from reputable retail websites in China.
In the future, we plan to offer selected molds for sale as well! Stay tuned for updates through our official channels.


6. Do you offer online courses or workshops?

Very soon!
We have heard your requests and are working hard to create the best possible experience for you — from online courses, e-books, to hands-on workshops.  As Beau. Heartmade is currently a one-woman operation, things might take a little time, but I promise to pour my heart into every creation so you can learn, grow, and build your own beautiful journey.


7. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


8. How long does shipping take?

  • Within Thailand: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processes.


9. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. After this time, production may have already begun and changes may not be possible.


10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.


11. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please email us at beau.heartmade@email.com within 3 days of receiving your package, along with clear photos, a video (MUST HAVE!), and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

For orders within Thailand, we will send a replacement product to you. For international orders, we kindly request a refund instead of a replacement due to shipping costs and potential damage during transit. We do this to ensure a faster resolution for you.

12. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
